It will be held on Wednesday 13th February from 6pm (to about 10pm) at BelChica (Villarroel 60) Metro L1 (between Gran Via and Diputacio. It’s only a ten minute walk from the Congress. BelChica is a funky Spanish bar that serves top quality Belgian Beer, and the drinks are being sponsored by MyStrands.
